Cement, Concrete, and Stucco Products

CMAX Cement

CMAX® Cement is proprietary blend of hydraulic cements with a fibrous crystalline structure. Combine CMAX® Cement with aggregates and water to produce a high performance concrete product that is ideal where rapid strength gain and high durability are desired.
CMAX® Cement, depending on the mix design used, can set in as little as 15 minutes, can achieve structural strength in 1 hour, and compressive strength in excess of 10,000 psi in 28 days.

CMAX Cement CM

CMAX Cement® CONCRETE MIX (CMAX Cement® CM) is a high-performance blend of CMAX Cement®, portland cement and quality approved aggregates. CMAX CM is non-metallic, with no chlorides added.
CMAX Cement® CM is similar in appearance to portland cement repair materials and may be applied using similar methods.
Mixed with water CMAX Cement® CM produces a high-quality repair material that is ideal where rapid strength gain, highest durability and low shrinkage is required. Apply CMAX Cement CM in thicknesses from 2” to 24”. Sets in 20 minutes and is ready for traffic in less than one hour

CMAX Cement, IP Blended Portland Cement (Blended with Flyash)

Flyash used in concrete is a mature technology. Thirty percent of the flyash in the US is recycled into making concrete. The use of flyash concrete in structural applications such as wall-forms is standard technology. The use of recycled-content block,
in particular fiber-cement, as part of a structural foundation system using flyash concrete is still early in development. Although flyash offers environmental advantages, it also improves the performance and quality of concrete. Flyash affects the
plastic properties of concrete by improving workability, reducing water demand, reducing segregation and bleeding, and lowering heat of hydration. Flyash increases strength, reduces permeability, reduces corrosion of reinforcing steel, increases sulphate
resistance, and reduces alkali-aggregate reaction. Flyash reaches its maximum strength more slowly than concrete made with only portland cement. The techniques for working with this type of concrete are standard for the industry and will not impact the
budget of a job.
